Corporate Vice President
Antonia DeFeo is the Corporate Vice President at Free State Strategic Services and Sinclair Broadcast Group. Ms. DeFeo is responsible for corporate wide digital initiatives and oversees policy development and implementation. She has been with the company for 27 years and began her career with the company as a producer at WBFF-TV in Baltimore, Maryland.
Director of Federal Business Development
Brandon Nickerson is the Director of Federal Business Development at Free State Strategic Services and Sinclair Broadcast Group. In his role, he leads sales on a full suite of digital marketing and managed services to the federal government, as well as state and local agencies. Prior to joining the firm, he was a Sales Manager at Valens Global, a small counterterrorism and national security consultancy. He has more than a decade of experience in Washington, DC and has served in a variety of business development, government affairs and international development roles.
Lisa Betley is an Account Generalist at Free State Strategic Services and Sinclair Broadcast Group. In her role, she provides administrative support for all federal, state, and local government contracting efforts. Lisa also supports the web department through contract generation, development and issuance. Prior to joining the team, she was a Business Analyst at Nestle and also supported a television advertising team at WJW in Cleveland.
Business Development Specialist
Tim Goodell is a Business Development Specialist at Free State Strategic Services and Sinclair Broadcast Group. In his role, he overseas state and local government advertising opportunities and contracting efforts. Tim's tenure with the organization has spanned nearly six years and has seen him promoted twice from previous roles as both a client-facing Customer Service Representative and an agency support role as Account Generalist. Across these three agency roles, Tim has been able to lead efforts in customer communication, marketing strategy and value proposition, all of which allowed him to hone his skills for business conversations at the state and local level(s).
